About AKC Titles
Our group classes are designed to prepare dogs for official AKC titles like STAR Puppy, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), and Trick Dog — but all dogs are welcome, regardless of registration status. Every dog can benefit from the structure, focus, and confidence these classes build, whether or not they’re pursuing a title.

What They Mean:
AKC titles are awarded by the American Kennel Club to recognize dogs who demonstrate solid obedience, good manners, and a strong bond with their owners. These titles showcase your dog’s training achievements and open doors to future opportunities like therapy work or performance sports.

Who’s Eligible:
Every dog can train toward an AKC title — purebred or mixed breed.
-
AKC Registered Dogs are automatically eligible to test for official titles at graduation.
-
Mixed Breeds or Non-Registered Dogs can still qualify by enrolling in the AKC Canine Partners Program, which allows all dogs to earn official AKC recognition for their hard work.

Why It Matters:
Earning an AKC title isn’t just about a certificate — it’s proof of teamwork, reliability, and real-world good behavior. Whether you’re training for fun, building a stronger bond, or working toward advanced goals, these classes give every dog the chance to succeed.

🧠If your dog isn’t AKC registered, we can help you complete the Canine Partners enrollment before testing so you don’t miss out on earning your title!
