We offer a 10% service discount on our Private Lessons program for military, first responders, medical professionals, veterinary staff, teachers, and returning clients. Owners receive one-on-one coaching to build clear communication, reliable obedience, and practical real-world skills with their dog.

Verification required prior to scheduling.
 
Important: Please arrange payment plans only after activating your Time To Pet client account and speaking with a John K9 trainer or manager to confirm eligibility, program fit, and start date.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We do not offer refunds on services that have already been rendered. Training is a time-intensive, hands-on service, and once that time is invested into your dog, it cannot be returned or undone.

    That said, our support for you doesn’t end when the program does.

    Lifetime Refresher Lessons (Free for Alumni)

    All dogs who graduate from any of our training programs are considered alumni and receive free refresher lessons for life.
    Refresher lessons are one-hour, one-on-one sessions with a trainer designed to help troubleshoot undesirable behaviors, reinforce foundations, and keep your dog’s skills sharp as they move through new life stages.

    Alumni Boarding Discount

    Graduates also receive a 20% discount on all future boarding stays at our facility. We love seeing our alumni dogs return, and this discount is our way of supporting long-term success.
